I made a reservation to pick up at the Enterprise at 99 H Street which is inside of Union Station. When I arrived, the location was closed. I had to have a car service take me to the airport which was a $20 charge, and an hour and a half of my time that I needed for travel. If the location is closed, I’m confused as to why I could even make a reservation in the first place. This was extremely disappointing!

Enterprise did not honor the rental. No car was available, which required me to rent elsewhere last minute, costing hundreds of dollars more than I otherwise would have had to pay. Never using them again.
I would like them to clean those cars. They gave me a dirty car. customer service services are lousy
Booked the car online, when it came to pick it up, got a text 5 mins before arriving saying that car could not be reserved for the reservation. A complete waste of time and effort. Had to drive 50 mins back home without the rental.
Hertz said they were short on cars when I arrived at the appointed time (after they sent me a confirmation that my car was ready) but they would text me when it was ready. I never heard from them again.
The location was closed so I had to contact hertz. Also the car I reserved was not available and I had to pay an additional amount for an suv.

The hours of my pick up were terrible. I literally arrived at the hertz location at 6:20 and the office was closed. There was no arrangement to have a car for me. No one called me to tell me they were closing. Total inconvenience, totally amateur!! I ended up paying for an Uber to get to the airport. The Hertz women was very kind and helped me out.
I never got to rent a car with Thrifty. My booking was for collection in Washington DC in a central city location, when I got there a security guard informed me the Thrifty office had been closed for over a year. I called the help desk and the customer service agent on the phone said “our system says that office is still open, but I can see on google maps it shows ‘Permanently closed’… maybe go to the airport and see if they can help?” Which is pretty shocking from a corporate help desk. When I arrived at the airport they couldn’t help me and couldn’t hire me a car. So I went to Dollar instead. Would not recommend.
