Pick up location was little shabby but employees were very friendly and helpful

They did not have the type car I rented. Only had 2 cars available. The one we got was 3 or 4 levels below what we reserved and paid for. The car was dirty, banged up and the service light was on saying it was 2000+ miles past service time! The USB port was broken so we could not use our gps on the phone without using up our battery with no way to re-charge. All in all the worst rental car experience we have ever had.

Very helpful and communicative staff. It's a small shop, so you might have to be a bit flexible, but well worth the essentially 50% off from the airport location
