Team at Ace Airport were outstanding with their honesty and integrity. They did not hold back when explaining there were no services for drop off at the time in the morning. I could have lost my booking which meant being out of pocket for an error from rentalscars.com. They held up nicely, thank you and appreciated.

The staff member who served us was new and had trouble processing the booking, additional drivers etc. The car had a standout scratch/dent on the back left side door, i found this unusual for a hire car. It should have been repaired after it happened as i feel it had been done a while back, i am sure the insurance would have been collected. The hire price to me was excessive, highest i have ever paid in Broome.

Redspot has no signage and the phone is diverted to a mailbox, they will not call you back, the customer service agents at the counter were great but Redspot is hopeless.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to extend my booking an extra 2 days over the phone. Thankfully they gave us the option to take the full insurance package, in the end it proved worth the extra expense as a truck tossed a stone at our windscreen about 2km from the return drop off. I can't believe we travelled 1100km without incident, I was so upset about the crack but happy we were encouraged to take the zero excess insurance at the same time. Thank you for your great customer service 👍

Everythings good but our car backside window(real window) already broken by someone(thief) at the first day night and our two luggage already gone. And when we tell company staff about this issues they still need us to paid by ourselves? We already bought our insurance but we still need to paid about this issues? This really made us feel upset.

Counter man was good at explaining everything.

Kind of weird drop off. Did not inspect the car. Only wanted the key. Opposite of Hertz, which noticed two small dents in the roof and blamed me. I like Thrifty much better.

Hired the car for 3 days and went to the beach each day . After returning the vehicle rubbish free with a little bit of sand I have now recieved a vehicle incident report broken down to four areas - front damage -passenger damage - rear passenger damage - rear driver damage as they are trying to charge me for leaving some sand in the vehicle . Would not use this company again as they are just trying to get money out of me any way they can . Absolute joke !

Staff were friendly but had a wait at collection. excellent drop off but a bit challenging to locate the rental car rental entrance. Fantastic car Hyundai i30 navigation included. Guaranteed model selection is a good idea.

I liked the onsite Hertz collection as the other off site car rental depots close after business hours and you need to get a cab to take you to and from the airport to their off site depot

I love to the car I got. It was perfect for my needs and served me well during a 3 Week Rd. trip in Western Australia. Hertz did right by me.

there was some small damage to the car, and because my insurance is through a third-party, now I have a hassle on my hands. I think it's worth it to book directly considering how much the coverage costs and is at this point totally wasted money. If the third-party insurance actually comes through and pays for what they should pay for, I will feel differently. But for now I wish that I just booked directly through Hertz.
