A bit of a line up. A small operation with 4 cruise ships in town. Car, and information given was great. I highly recommend driving to Whitehorse if you have at least 8 or 9 hours.( can be done in 7 hours) Very scenic drive.

Good selection of cars, quality of available vehicle overall is excellent. Onsite personnel are friendly, helpful and professional.

Somewhat pricey, but in Skagway, AL (pop 1057 as of 2015), they are pretty much the only game in town, as far as I know. Office could be a bit more spacious.

Everything was great. The car was clean, filled with gas and ready to go when we arrived. Paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently and I appreciated the emails I received prior to pick-up confirming the AVIS location. We were fortunate in that it was a slow day for AVIS -- I was informed that the next three days they were sold out which would certainly affect the pick-up experience. Good value for Skagway, but expensive by lower-48 standards!

So many add ons at pick up. Was way more expensive then I had planned for. Had to insure windshield and tires separately to rest of vehicle?! It really added up.

There was no-one at the airport rental desk when I arrived at 11.30pm. There was a note with a number to contact them the next morning. I found transport to my final destination, 30 min drive away and the next morning they were relucant to come pick me up to bring me back to the ariport to get my car. I would never use this company again. Go with Budget when in Whitehorse

Friendly staff. The only thing I wish I had realized was that the 200$ deposit I agreed to did not cover windshield cracks. We had a rock chip that turned into a crack and I assumed the deposit was to cover emergencies like that. Next time I will make sure I get windshield insurance if there is such a thing.

Confident, very pleasant staff member that I dealt with. I was also able to drop off the car at the airport, at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. Will definitely use them the next time I travel to Whitehorse.

There was no employee when i landed in whitehorse. I landed at 6pm. They should tell me that it get closed at 5 during my booking. Other thing, i booked jeep grand Cherokee or similar but they gave me ford escape. I did not liked their customer service.

Person at the counter wanted to charge us 25$ a minute if our flight was delayed after 6pm (original arrival was planned for 17h40). He never offered to be back at 9pm (official hours indicated on Budget web site for this location) and instead said if we where late (3 rentals for the group worth over 3500$) we could pick the cars the next morning at 9 AM. We had 15 kids with us, needed cars to bring them to hotel where already leaving at 6 am the next morning and he said it wasn't his problem. We had 2 more vehicle (5 total), Rent with drive force in Whitehorse, much better service on location Rear seatbelt driver side wasn't working
