Pick-up customer service very friendly. Told me everything was good, but he noted "smoke" smell.

I can't retrieve my receipt without downloading the Avis app. I want a paper receipt, not a bunch of apps on my phone!

The employees at the counter were helpful but Avis customer service was full of misinformation and led me astray.

The cleanliness of the original vehicle was awe full. The car smelled like a childcare trash can. Literally smelled like one hundred dirty diapers were in the backseat.

My car was advertised as a premium/full size car. Staff states she had no cars but midsize. That’s it. The car was not clean. Crumbs and cookie wrappers found during the drive. Fuel charge ($8) tacked on at the end for .8 gallons due to ‘satellite’ reading of gas tank?!?? Staff removed after I asked

Picking up the car took forever! The attendant was on the phone with a customer the first 40 minutes and there were 3 customers in line waiting to pick up their cars. It was too long of a wait to pick up a pre arranged rental.

Nothing at all.

I booked a rental car. They didn't have it. They didn't have anything. They made excuses over two days and kept saying they were looking for something. Claimed they were ordering a truckload of vehicles but that they had no idea when they would arrive. I finally had to book a flight. They didn't even apologize or give me a discount if they would have found me another vehicle which would have been too small for what I needed anyways.

The car was ready and fully gased.

Upon picking up my rental, the cost tripled from what I was quoted online. The agent informed me of special fees based on locations. I had to call the customer service line and make a complaint before the agent was able to return my costs to the original quoted amount. Last car rental I will make through Kayak or Hertz.

We reserved a minivan online using KAYAK. When we got to the counter we were informed that our reservation for the minivan could not be fulfilled because there were no minivans available. I do not understand how a reservation made does not equal a reservation honored. Why doesn’t the inventory online represent the actual inventory? This was a immense inconvenience.

I was unable to get my car because the system on the computer was having issues. The manager and head quarters were called by the agent but they were unable to help solve the issue so I was unable to get my car which led me to scramble to make other arrangements and a day late leaving as planned.

I cannot believe how many add ons you can come up with to increase the price of the rental. Realistically this car should have been half the price charged. The car was good and ran well. I was a compact and I had it just over 24 hours. I felt the charge was excessive and included multiple un explained add ons. Might best be described as a rip off

We waited to pick up our car for 30 minutes with no one even around. No on inside walmart knew how to get a hold of the person that was supposed ro be workinh for budget. There was a number posted to call, but it just rang the counter where no one was. The guy finally shows up.after 30 minutes, no apology for the wait, no actual talking at all, he handed us the papers to sign and the key and told us to go out and find the silver van. It was the rudest experience I can ever remember having. I will nevee remt from budget/avis at this location again!
