They did not honor the price agreement that Kayak quoted

Return was slow as there was no agent near the return parking lot. The counter agent had to walk all the way out to the parking lot to do inspection which was about 100 yards from the counter.

If you don’t accept any card except credit so you have to put it online

The car was very good on fuel & ac worked very well. This car was good for (5) adults only, we found it just adequate for our use of travelling around the island using (3) in the back seat, the rear can only be used for a child. We had to wait for our car on arrival due to late drop off - the staff handled it very well, offering us a replacement (to small) or waiting! Once car arrived the staff very quickly took it and cleaned & had it back for inspection very quickly. Overall a very good experience Thank you

Two minute walk from airport exit , happy, smiling, competent staff. Car as requested. No pushy insurance scams.

The drivers were great and the staff member at the desk was nice and helpful. The process was really fast. My main issue is that the email confirmation told us that the European desk was in the airplane terminal when in fact it was off the airport grounds. We eventually found the driver, but it was a bit confusing and misleading.

I had an excellent experience renting from Europcar. A representative picked me up from the airport and took me directly to my rental car. They were fast and friendly. They examined the car thoroughly helping me to find dents and nicks, and marked them for me on the agreement. There were no hidden fees. The car was a Jetta hatchback, automatic. In Curasoa, they drive on the right side of the road. there are a few street signs. So a pro tip is to download the off-line version of Google Maps for the island while you are on Wi-Fi. You can do this right at the rental company. getting a rental car instead of using tours saved us money and allowed us to go wherever we want it on the island. The best beaches are in the northwest about 35 km from Williamstead. We very much enjoyed using the car to beach hop. Drop off was also quick and easy. They took me back to the airport efficiently and did a great job. The only drawback was it was a little tough to find a car company initially. As you walk out of the airport they are a good distance down on the right, past the tour busses. The Europcar representative will be in a Europcar green shirt.

I booked a car 2 weeks before my trip when I went to pick up the car I was told sorry we don’t have a car we over booked!!!!

The pick up/drop off procedures were incredibly slow. Too much paperwork processed by a single staffer.

Car was filthy. Tried to charge me more than the quoted price I contracted for. Car pickup was confusing and inefficient.

The price was eventually double the price we were offered online. The car was not ready on scheduled time.
