They had a car

Car dirty on outside Car dirty on inside, grass on floor, smeared windshield, scratches on outside paint. Informed car rental person and with and attitude the said they had just cleaned it, and it was perfectly fine.

Pick-up was fine

Drop off was very difficult (Washington union station), there were no signs guiding you to the drop off point and if you are not familiar there that is quite difficult. After returning the car I got confronted with extreme extra costs for mileage and gas

Counter agent arrived a hour late, and customer service was not helpful. I ended up renting from Enterprise. Enterprise did a fantastic job and got me on the road almost immediately.

I don't mean to be negative but I was very disappointed. After booking the van and receiving the itinerary I went to pick it up at the scheduled time. Upon arrival they said my booking was cancelled and the vehicle I had reserved was given to someone else. I was not notified of the cancellation. They had nothing else to offer. The staff was extremely unhelpful. So instead of leaving on time I had to quickly find something else to rent through another company. Would not book online again.

The address given for the pickup of the rental was not a good address. It sent us to a used car dealership that you can drop off or pick up a rental but not actually rent from said location. There is no Agent at that location, just like a sub contractor that transports the rental back and forth. When we arrived to pick up the rental we were met by a gentleman who called the actual rental location to attempt to remedy the situation. This is located at the Williamsport Airport. That agent said we could come there to obtain a rental but it would be at a different price which was 100 dollars more than said website price. There was no sense of making the customer happy or willingness to attempt to come to any form of compromise. So we ended up wasting 3 hours to find what we needed and rented from some where else.

The car was very clean and we had no issues with pick up or drop off.

We thought the car was to fit 5 bags but it seems smaller than advertised. We were hoping to have something bigger to fit all our luggage in for vacation and it needed up being smaller than the car that we own.
