Pick up good and delivery good, however the attendant told us he was giving us an upgrade car and provided a Toyota which was very very poor car. Experienced back pain, seats very uncomfortable and felt like driving in a tin can! I don’t recommend!!!

Didn’t have the car I booked because I booked too last minute. Pick up was good - friendly staff. Drop off was weird - no one was there to take the car back….. it was closed on a Saturday? Just did a key drop.

Brittany was the agent we dealt with at WPG airport and she was fabulous, extremely efficient and pleasant. There was a line up and needed to wait a hit for a car, out of her control, yet she handled it with ease - very impressive! The car was very clean and had been well taken car of, will use Dollar and Kayak again.

Needed to add 3 days to a 5 day rental. Alamo was willing to extend rental but was going to double the total cost of the rental instead adding a prorated daily rate to the rental.reserved. Went to National car rental to rent as it was $85 cheaper than Alamos revised rental cost. Disappointing experience. Will be returning to Winnipeg in the next 3-4 months & will not likely use Alamo then because of our experience.

I thought that the price quotes was for the complete term of the rental but somehow in the process it changed to “per day” My bad for not reading more clearly. But then we typed in vain to contact someone at Budget in Winnipeg to inquire about what to do. We ended up having to spend 2 hours driving across the city to the airport location to get the contract extended Poor information delivery! No available contact! Exorbitant price!
