I’m arrived at the counter to pick up my rental car at 12:15 and no one was there. I called and spoke to a woman the Tuesday prior and she said it would be no problem to pick up my vehicle at 12. If the counter was closing at 12, then they should’ve said that I needed to pick it up sooner. I was there at 12:15 and there is no one was at the counter, and it made for a very stressful situation. I was able to find the regional manager's number and he was very kind and apologetic, and ensured that my car would be available the next morning at 8 a.m. However, overall it wasn't a pleasant experience.
