Thai Vietjet Air flights from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport to Phuket City (BKK - HKT)

The ticket number that Kiwi gave us was not recognized by Vietjet so we were unable to do the check in. When I got to the airport I was told my flight was cancelled! And we almost missed our connecting flights in Bangkok but luckily we just made it on an earlier flight. If we had not arrived early for our flights we would have missed both flights. Kiwi needs to tell their customers when their flights have been cancelled!!!!!!!!

Prio check-in just means a extra line to wait not check in before others just lost of money. Had a delay of more then an hour almost missed the check-in window from my hotel

Plane left on time and it’s a straightforward experience.
