Boarding crew were very helpful with the wheel chair requirement for my friend who was traveling with me.
Crew was passive aggressive. The last thing I want is taking their aggression on me. For simple things such as asking for water and what not. She was like that with other passengers too. The baggage went missing. And I also puked right at the baggage claim for the food I ate in the flight. Over all I had bad experience. Food was bad too.
I didn't like their foods specially fish & chicken made me nausea
Will if you didnt know yet it was horrible. because of the reschedulling i miss my flight from paris to venice and all this flight is boon through you but i couldnt contact cheapflights because you dont handle it. So what do you think??
Well at least you could at least know what happened but instead i still got message from you that my flight was still on for 1235 really are you guys that really dumb??
Easy check in and bag drop, staff available when help was needed. Felt comfortable enough to check myself in as every part of precessions was made clear
Always in time for landing and take off always before schedule
Present long security questions and many times checkings at airport before departure specially from Hongkong
The entertainment options weren’t easy to “scroll” through to see options. The flight attendants were very polite to some and less polite to others. The food in premium economy was just ok (no salt). When comparing to Singapore Air, ANA, and Cathay (all three this trip) it didn’t stand out like we hoped.
